When you are unsatisfied with your shopping, the first thing that you must do to get a refund or replacement is that you should communicate your demand in writing or via our customer services orally in 14 days following the delivery date.
After your return request reaches us, Color and Paint evaluates the compliance with return conditions provided below. Once approved, your products will be returned via our contracted carriage company. The costs of returning the product or products that you will return shall be paid by you. In 14 days following the receipt by us of your products, refund shall take place via the payment method you selected. While refund into your credit card normally takes 2-5 days, it may vary depending on the procedures of your bank.
General Return Conditions
- Returns must strictly be made together with original box or packaging.
- Returning the products, of which original box/packaging is deteriorated, are damaged, lost its salability, cannot be purchased by another company is not acceptable.
- Together with the product to be returned, you must complete and sign the return form as well as sections related to return in the original invoice.
- Cargo costs of the return will be paid by you.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Products
During taking delivery of your order, strictly check that products are delivered INTACT, COMPLETE and together with its INVOICE. In case invoice pertaining to your order is not delivered by cargo officer, then you must strictly contact with us through Contact Us form.
No return or replacement shall be made without original bill/invoice.
For the invoices issued to the company, return or replacement can be made with return invoice of purchasing company.
Cargo agent shall receive your signature to the effect that you received products fully and intact. In case of damaged products, you should not take delivery of such products and have cargo agent to arrange a report. These products will be replaced in 14 business days. In this case, no additional shipment or product price will be demanded of you.
For returning the products of damage or defect are not noticed and taken delivery by you during the delivery , Our Customer Services my later request you to send a picture showing the damage or defect of product. As a result of inspection if it is found out that damage or defect is not caused by consumer, then one-to-one replacement will take place. Together with the product to be replaced, you must complete and sign the return fields in the original invoice.
Returning Missing or Wrong Products
If some products ordered by you are not delivered to you, you may take delivery of other products and note such missing products before signing the delivery note. On the other hand, if your delivery contains wrong products, then you must not take delivery of it and indicate it in the delivery note in writing.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the EU and United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The buyer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
